Lot of informations can be applied in any part of world (we are in Europe and find the book invaluable). Now it is available for cheap but it worth any price!

I love this book! It gives every fruit, veggie, grain, etc. and tells you it's nutritional content (i.e. how many calories, fat, protien, vitamins, etc.) which is very helpful as I've been striving to have healthier meals for my family! Now I know exactly what they're getting! It's great!!!!
It is a book that is comprehensive in description, preparation, and illustration. It is well detailed in photography. There are suggestions for preparation. The subjects covered are all natural foods. There are no suggestions for using refined foods, which is great because I like to know about the "real food."
