How long for delivery?
We usually post items within 24 hours by first class post
Most items arrive with 1 - 2 working days

Has my item been posted?
Your purchase history page will tell you if your item has been posted.
Typically, items are posted within 24 hours.

I need something really fast!
Our delivery speed is the same for everyone, we treat all customers equally & therefore we can not give anyone preferential treatment.
Almost all orders are dispatched within 24 hours, but we can not guarantee you an exact delivery date.

How do I tell you what I want engraved?

Characters and lines?
We can, in theory engrave any amount of letters on to any item, however the more letters you have, the smaller the writing will be. For this reason we recommend around 60 characters for most items.
We can do more but please be aware that the text size will get progressively smaller as more letters are added.

Can I see a proof before you post?
Please be assured that we provide a quality finish, evident by our extremely high response. Creating & emailing a proof is quite time consuming, especially if we did it for everyone, so unfortunately we can not provide a proof.

Can you engrave both sides?
We can engrave 40 characters on the back, but nothing on the front Why haven\'t you replied to my email or message?
We aim to reply within 24 hours or less (usually less).
If it has been over 24 hours, please send your message again as we may have missed it.

My order hasn\'t arrived?
Most items arrive within a couple of days, but please allow 7 working days from payment before asking us where your item is.
