All orders take 24 - 48 business hours for processing & shipping.
We operate Monday to Friday & do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
If you need expedited shipping, please send us a message only before you purchase. We will not be able to expedite anything after an order is already paid for.
We ship USPS.
With most orders you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can feel confident & comfortable with your purchase.
Please make sure the mailing address you have on file with & PAYPAL is correct and confirmed, Having an incorrect or unconfirmed mailing may cause a delay of shipment, or cause the package to be returned or lost. If an item is returned, you will have to pay for any shipping cost to ship it again.

Returns
