This is an extremely rare antique silver-plated bronze handmade articulated belt.It is made from very thick bronze and is an extremely heavy belt. very well made.it is articulated from multiple W shaped ornate bronze pieces creating a spine-like look.they are put togetherin a way that moves nicely around the body.it is backed with hand sewn linenwhich has nice textile and color.the buckle is large and also very ornate with a hidden hook clasp to fasten it together in the backside.the belt haswonderful patina from age and has a great antique look.it measures 33 1/2 inches long by 2 1/2 inches wide, very heavy….very highquality antique belt.
