A fine rare C 1800 - 1840 Botanical / Entomological field Microscope in beautiful working condition, untouched as found from a private collection.
This beautiful item has its original lacquer finish with a bovine cattle bone handle with turned detail , the subject Tweezerspresent with original blued finish in parts ,
The item measures approx 7.1cm longfolded x 2.7cm wide .the spread distance is 10.1 cm approx.the image arm 6.8 cm long, with the sliding adjuster working fine .weight approx 41 grams .
Some wear on the cardboard box with losses to the pressed paper finish.the item sold as found .
Superb display item .ideal for a museum .collection.
