no labelNot sure if this was made in Germany, but it is an old man holding a fiddle.
Fragile composition -- made of paper mache, ceramic, or chalk.
A hole in the mouth is for a cigar or pipe piece, which is missing.
On the bottom, is some \"newer\" old tape over some older tape, which is is over a paper circle covering the hole.
