This soft,black PVC sleeving is identical in color, inner diameter, and wall thickness to the vinyl sleeving that was used originally by the factory. It is NOT heat shrink tubing, nor do we recommend that heat shrink tubing ever be used for an accurate restoration of antique Japanese bikes.
