Wow this is a very cool piece. The needle comes off and there is a small little piece as pictured that also comes with it. This works when you put the needle on but the needle does come off. It measures approx 3\" by 3\" The hinge is missing but does close correctly. This comes AS IS no returns so please ask any questions you might have. These are RARE!
