light wear. paint loss on finger.

Approx. 11-in. tall, 4.5-in. long at widest part of dress hoopand base is 3.5-in. Made of pressed paper / papier mache but has a weight and buildup underneath ofa clay-like material. Unsure of age, but it looks pre 1980s.
