Very unusual pair of vintage brass maritime lanterns with beautiful patina. These lanterns are in very good shape with oil lamps intact and operable. I have tested the wick adjustment and they both work as intended. They measure App. 6\" x 6\" x 15 1/2\" in height. I have provided several images for your viewing and they should be considered part of the description. I was told these were made around 1920\'s or 30\'s and it is very unusual to find a matching pair. One lantern handle is missing a brass screw and both lantern tops have minor bends in the sheet metal mentioned for accuracy only, it really does not take from them at all. Glass on both is also intact and unbroken. I provided an image with the lanterns lit with tea lights to show the charm they have when lit.These lanterns are sold as is as found so please ask questions before purchasing. I have described them as best I can but I am not an expert so again please do not hesitate to ask.
