This is a vintage handmade ceramic coin bank in the shape of a scholar book. Hand painted, has Hebrew writing and leaf images on outside. Off-white, blue and gold colors, front also has seeds glued to front but one is missing. Slit on top to insert coins, has cork disc glued to bottom to keep coins inside. There are coins still in the bank, not sure how many or what kind. Measures 4 x 3 x 2 inches. Made in Israel. Corner looks like it was broken off & glued back on.
