I picked this up at an estate sale. It has an Emmy London Tag sewn in it. I do not know if this is a real Emmy London. I could not find anything to compare it to . It is a 3 pc set and appears to be from the 60\'s maybe 50\'s. It came with a matching knit hanger so I do believe it is a pretty high end suit. It is fully lined. The ivory skirt is lined in an off white and the gold skirt is lined with a more golden color. They both have metal zippers. The lining may have been altered, not sure it may be made this way so it would not ride up while wearing it. The jacket has a hidden button feature. I think the material is a wool knit. My model is a sz 8 and it was pretty tight on the jacket ,and the skirt I could not get on at all . This is most likely a sz 4 -6. The measurements are above but I will list them here as well. THE JACKET PIT TO PIT 18\" across ----Waist 17\" across ----bottom edge of jacket closed 18 \" across.---- Length 22 \" ----sleeve is 22\" from shoulder seam or 25.5 from the collar seam -----shoulder to shoulder is 14.5\" ----- It is 13.5 \" from the pit to the Hem --- THE SKIRT. Please zoom on lining they are both made the same way ( one liner hem has a couple loose stitches that will be an easy fix ). The Length is 21.5\" ---- the hips are 18\" across ----the waist is 12\" across. The waist does not stretch !!! . The jacket has some light staining under the arms on the lining only. This is an awesome set and I think it would be awesome to add to a collection. Please zoom on all the photos and zoom for the best description. All measurements are with it flat and closed.
