~ Very good condition, Pencil is very clean, bright and very displayable , I see no dents , no scratches (just a couple tool marks on the nozzle as shown in photo #6 ), no brassing, no personal engraving - it has a \"400\" ($4.00) price point mark, The plastic is excellent with a glossy shine, the imprint is crisp and very clear. Nice ribbed grip area

the cap fits on securely, -The mechanism works perfectly, it has lead in it & the lead advances & retracts by twisting the center. there is spare lead under the full but aged eraser
