For sale is an exceptionally rare and very well preserved 1970’s period Martini Racing illuminated dealer advertising sign.

This sign was used as an internal promotional advertising piece for a company called Lancaster and was displayed in the workshop for their Cambridge showroom in the 1970’s and 1980’s. It is a great size and very impressive when seen in person.

The sign features a single sided design with a full metal enclosure. It is supposed to be mounted to the wall utilising the original rear support holes.

The internal lighting is operated by neon fluorescent lighting and it is fully functional. The sign is currently wired to a UK plug but it can be easily changed to a European plug. For the sign to function in the USA, a simple step down converter would be required, or alternatively having the lighting upgraded to LED modules is also an option. The colours and inviting glow is genuinely superb.

The sign presents itself very well and being for the well known and much loved partnership of two iconic brands, it is almost impossible to come by. There are no cracks in the screen face and the casing is fully intact.

I am willing to ship this special sign worldwide and I will ensure it is safely packaged. The sign will be carefully packaged into a bespoke wooden crate which will be ordered once sold (please 10 working days approximately).

This nostalgic and atmospheric sign is very striking and would be perfectly suited for an enthusiast to have on display. It has been privately owned and enjoyed but now the time has come for a new home to be found. I will ensure the sign is safely packaged for its journey to its new owner.
