Vintage Sunbeam Model B Electric Toaster – Patented Jan. 30, 1923

Early open-frame electric toaster by Sunbeam, dating to the early 1920s. This Model B features classic exposed radiant heating elements and manual flip toast operation, characteristic of early electric kitchen appliances.

Tested and working. Heating elements glow evenly red hot during operation, and toast cooks properly on both sides. Manual flip mechanism functions smoothly while heating. Photos show the elements in use and an example of finished toast. A video demonstration of the toaster operating and flipping during the toasting process is included. Hinged bottom crumb tray flips open.

Retains its original-style cloth braided cord. Displays authentic age-related patina, oxidation, and surface wear consistent with nearly 100 years of age. No major dents or structural damage observed.
