This RARE Colourway of THE BEST IS NOT TOO GOOD stands a Tall 3 3/4” and is c1925. Designed by Harry Simeon, this is style five of a series of variations (SOMBRERO FACE, EYES OPEN , LEFT HAND HOLDING LAPEL and 13 BUTTONS. What makes this a RARE PIECE is the Waist Coat is OLIVE GREEN not White. This Rare find is not in the Royal Doulton book.He is in Great condition for his age. There are no cracks or restoration, but the missing paint on the left sleeve is under the glaze finish, which means it was done at the Lambeth factory. As you can see by the backstamp it was made at the Doulton Lambeth facility, He will make another Fantastic addition to your collection. So let the offerDING BEGIN!
