A superbly crafted, enigmatically imaged, multi purpose implement: pecked, ground, and impeccably smoothed with very comfortable hand and finger placement; a tool most likely used in a variety of methods and techniques that involved a light duty crushing, pounding, stabbing, slicing, chopping action; a tremendous example of ancient technology, artistic design, and expert craftsmanship.
