Adjustable angle and shade rotation, wall mount holes on the base.In good used condition, fully tested. Scuffs and scratches to shade and base. Switch has 2 settings, Low & High.One of the 12 volts bulb is burn out, model #1073, cost a few dollars to replace.

Measurements (approx.):Width: 12 1/2 inches -Height: 14 1/4 inches -Depth: 4 inches.

Most of the ones I see for sale has been spray painted white or black but this one is completely original.
