Incredible large historic scrapbook item from later 1800s to early 1900s of composer Constantine Von Sternberg. There are between 300-400 items in this collection many stuck in the book. Just about everyone in here is some type of well known socialite,musician,scientist,military etc person. There are even royalty and Zrars in the collection. Tons of signed items of famous people.What is unique is that well known people are signing the items and sending it to another well known person. Many cool old postcards,Ex Libras.photos etc etc in this collection. Many pictures of Von Sternberg himself and his family. Many of the woman in the photos were music students he taught lessons to.There are many Russian and German items in the lot that are not in english and maybe especially valuable.Some items are damaged and a lot are secured in the album.It is amazing and incredible to look through.I think some of the photos are royalty but I just cant id them. Von Sternberg associated with many famous people in the USa and in foreign countries.Please email me with questions as this is a high value item and I want satisfaction and no returns.
