Item Description

Sword shows obvious signs of general wear from age, handling and perhaps use.
The blade is in solid shape, but does have scuffs and scratches over much of the polished metal.
The grip and handle also show some general wear, but no major damage that I can see.
The wooden pin has been removed to reveal the markings, but is included.
The leather scabbard has scuffs and scratches to the finish.
One of the snaps attached to the leather scabbard has separated, which I've tried to show in the photos.
Also, there are cracks visible to the wood around the opening of the scabbard, but no wood pieces seem to be missing.
Measures approximately 39 1/8" long overall (sheathed) with the blade alone being 27 1/8"
This vintage item is in "as found" condition and has not undergone any major cleaning, repairs or restoration.
