A total of 23 competitors from 10 countries, including: United States, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Italy and Japan.

Only the Japanese competitors received this exact card! Only the Japanese version is numbered (008/P). For 10 years this was the only graded example. This is one of the Rarest Pokemon Cards!
