Original, complete and no issues. All small parts are intact and have not been repaired or glued.All sixteen of the RCS thruster nozzles are present (a rarity). Atrue Apollo Program collector's item.
This piece has remained in one estate since 1969.
The only blems I see are some light scratches in the base (see last photos). These can likely be buffed out if desired.
