Brand new still in the box..some boxes are in better shape then others.. The picture you see is the item you will get.. Box is in decent shape for its age.. Has been kept in sealed plastic tubs by a collector who has now decided to sell there collection.. If items are removed from original box( as they where received)No refunds will be given.. Unless item was out of the box prier to the sell.. So if you remove the item from the box after you receive it no returns will be given as all items are new in the box but most items are over ten years old so items that require batteries may not be in working condition..they are new in the box and there is no way to put new batteries in without removal from the box.. Postage as is.. If shipping international will not ship first class because you can\'t insure it so please don\'t ask..
