Here we have an antique wood carved and painted horse. I don\'t know anything about it, so I will just describe it as best I can.
The horse is approximately 7 inches tall, 9 inches long, and 3 inches wide. I am sure it had wheels at one point. It is carved from a heavy, hard wood.
The paint is very decorative. It has some chips in the paint as pictured, but it is definitely original. The paint is about 95% complete. The top of the horse swings open to reveal two compartments inside. I don\'t see any cracks in the wood or chunks missing.
This is a very cool and unusual piece. I don\'t know if it would be classified as Folk Art, or Primitive. In any case, it is a wonderful display piece.
