This is an antique Chinese silk embroidery. It could be even older than 100 years. The inner border is frayed in many places and a small part of the inner border is detached as shown in one of the pictures. Many flowers and figures of men and women. The lighter pictures are in natural light while the darker pictures are with incandescent lights. The darker pictures appear to be more representative of the colors. A very interesting piece.
