This is a beautiful sterling silver Antique Victorian HM 1887 Scottish agate page or book marker. The red stone is a lovely banded carnelian from around the Cupar area in Fife.
The page marker is in good working condition although has had a wee bit of repair work done and there is some scuffing to the silver surface.The marker has a full set of hallmarks with makers ABs, the lion for sterling silver, the anchor for Birmingham assay office and date letter n for 1887. The marker is 7.7 cm ( Just over three inches ) in length.If when you receive your winning item and for any reason are not happy with the purchase please get in touch before leaving response and I will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have amicably.
