THIS IS A SWEET VINTAGE 1940\'S-1950\'S PILL TYPE BOX MADE OF BRASSY METAL WITH A BEAUTIFULLY HAND ENGRAVED/CHASED DAMASCENE TOP FEATURING A PAIR OF BIRDS IN AMONG A LEAF AND FLOWER DESIGN ON TOP-IT MEASURES 1 3/8\" LONG BY 1\" WIDE (including the lip of the clasp which sticks out a wee bit from the box front) AND IT IS 3/8\" HIGH FROM THE TOP OF THE LID TO THE BOTTOM-IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH WEAR CONSISTENT WITH IT\'S AGE AS IT HAS BEEN USED AND IT IS JUST AS PRETTY AS CAN BE---
