This sale is only for the Abel Beesley Butcher Shop (second building in second column).Please note that this item is new but has been in storage for over 20 years. The piece itself is pristine - it\'s never been used and has only been taken out of the box for examination (when first purchased) & photographic purposes (for the listing). The plastic wrappers are no longer on the piece. The box may have markings, writing on it or dented edges - the box was not treated well in storage but the contents are in perfect condition.
The item is part of an old collector\'s stash and isNEW/UNUSED but because of the fact that it was opened it is being listed as USED.
