Offered is an unusual Christian comic book titled \"Hansi: The Girl Who Loved The Swastika\" by Maria Anne Hirschman. Published 1973 by Fleming H. Revell, Old Tappan, NJ. From the \"Spire Christian Comics\" series. The book is bright, with some very small creases at the corners of the front cover, not rolled, firmly stapled, interior complete and clean. The story begins in 1938 when the Nazis march into Hansi\'s village in the Sudetenland bringing free food, jobs and books. Hansi is attracted to the Nazis since before she had only the Bible to read and now had more material to study. She attends school, listens to Hitler speaking and buys into the propaganda. When the soldiers come, Hansi is forced to defend her purity, escapes into the woods, meets an American soldier, turns back to the Bible and eventually is brought to America and re-devotes her life to Jesus.
