Pull the cord gently and he tips head and raises his Hat. Very old, purchased in Switzerland in 1951. The cork is broken, but the character is in very good condition considering the age. He has blue eyes and the pupils look to be chips of glass or stone. He is 3 3/4\" tall excluding the cork.
