You are offerding on a brand new set from Lego that is set 4768. I bought this set new 2 years ago on and forgot about it and it has been ina closet ever since. The box has damage from shelf wear. One side of the box no longer stuck shut so we taped it shut. Everything inside is in its factory sealed bag along with instructions.
