Very interesting estate find, 10\" long, I believe it is a top / handle for a cane or walking stick, possibly an umbrella. It is very ornate, floral / Victorian with Mother of PEarl...monogrammed on top what appears to be BB overlapping each other.

Not really my area of expertise here, so I welcome comments / suggestions, or any other information !!

the end where the stick would insert is a little bent as pictured...I have not tested this for gold content...
