I love to sew and when I do, \"Life is Beautiful.\"Ann Estelle is a delightful doll and so much fun to dress. She is the perfect size
and the perfect age for \"grown-up children\" like me who love to design and create pretty clothes for her. And now I introduce Patsy to our little family. She has become a welcome addition and we all love her.What could be more fitting for a little girl than \"Pink Roses\"? This outfit started with ribbon woven diagonally across the bodice and edged with double picot trim. I sewed tiny clear beads at each crossing to add a little sparkle. Pink ribbon gathered in a poof and a single rosebud are added for more sweetness. Her sleeves are puffed and cuffed. The skirt is full and the hem is hand stitched. Time and handwork is what this dress is all about.Her little tam features more ribbon work and the beads are strung on thread to create 2 swags. Beads are sewn into the poof and the sparkle continues.... . .Panties are gathered with elastic through a casing. Legs are bound and more double picot trim is added. A rosey pink bow is sewn over the right leg. The petticoat has a border of vintage embroidered batiste. It is the perfect length.Bodice and tam are lined. Three metal square snaps close the bodice in back. Hand stitching replaces machine top stitching and makes the \'look\' softer. I have shown pictures of the insides so you can see what you are offerding on. I hope this helps.
