These were caught in the 1960\'s (by me) at a New Orleans Mardi Gras parade. They are plastic beads-- shorter ones with a clasp, longer ones just fit over your head. They are from HONG KONG. They are 16\"- 22\' long. sale is for THREE dozen beads. Pleasesee photos, questions welcome. If you\'re looking for a certain color combination, just ask, and I will try to list it for you. All will fit in a small flat rate box.Or shipped in padded envelope-- first class.
