The Glossy surfaceisbeautiful.It is like new. This machine has a free arm function. The extension bed may be remove enabling you to be able to stitch into tight corners, such as sleeves. You can alsoembroidery and darn with it. They stopped making this machine in 1961 because they were too expensive to manufacture economically.

This machine is light and is very portable, making it easy to take to sewing and quilting clubs.It is hard to find a machine in this excellent of condition.
