Antique paper mache Easter Bunny Rabbit. He is NOT a candy container but a rare figurine which stands up. He is made like the candy containers, but his head does not come off. He has his original paint, although there is some minor loss (see pictures). He has glass eyes. He was very well put together. He stands 6 inches tall. He is NOT MARKED, but I am assuming he is from Germany. He looks like the other marked Germany pieces that I acquired at an estate sale recently. He is a bit dusty. His arms are a bit crudely made. Has great detailing on his face. Overall, he is a wonderful piece.
