I have been collecting The Original Snow Village Houses since they became available to the public in 1977. From my personal collection, this is the Department 56 \"MICKEY\'S DINER CAR\" PLUS I\'M ADDING THE ACCESSORY VILLAGE PHONE COMPANY ALSO FROM DEPT.56. The Mickey\'s Diner Car wasissued in 1986 and retired 1987. This vintage retired porcelain diner car, was inspired and designed after Mickey\'s Diner in St. Paul, MN. Measures approx. 8\" long. No chips, cracks, or breaks. Excellent. Comes with a power cord. (The background you see is just an open book on snow village houses and the year they were introduced). I do not have the original box, but the item will be properly packed and insured for shipping. Please see my response. My pictures show better than I can describe fully and are part of my summary, so make sure you see them all. I will be listing other retired and rare snow village houses as time permits,so PLEASE TAKE A PEEK AT MY OTHER ITEMS. Remember, this sale is for the diner car PLUS the village phone booth.
