Good Day and Welcome to this sale!This is an fantastic offer for a SUPER detail set for the Tamiya 1/350 Prince of Wales battleship (item 78011). Please note this listing is only for the detail parts, pictures of finished model are presented just for reference. Credit for this great build goes to Korean Master Modeler Hyun Soo Kim 2016. This set was originaly released by Tamiya as item 49819 , its the only official set ever created for this ship and believe me, its truly amazing. It includes photo etched details for any conceivable detail, turned brass cannon barrels, turned brass masts and yards, anchor chain and even a wooden deck! Box is a bit crushed but components are intact, you can see is the original box issued by tamiya and of course will ship well packed inside a hard box for protection. The Prince of Wales kit is one of the most beautiful and tragic warships of WW2, this detail set honors this great vessel and gives you all the elements you need to turn your model in a masterpiece worth any \"Best of Show\" or simply for the joy of an awesome build. Check pictures of the manual for some details you will get. Its definitely an amazing set. Although you will get some parts, you could also use most of this set for the 1/350 King George ship. Original MSRP $278 USD, I got it for much less and I am just looking to recover my investment, make numbers, this is the best way to get all this detail, bought separately, you could easily spend more than $300 on detail sets.
