The very last lot of Pat Earnshaw\'s wonderful lace collection recently came up for sale and I bought some pieces of early bobbin lace, which I will list in the next few days.This is a length of early linen bobbin lace, most likely Flemish. It measures 110 ins x 5.3 ins. Less than good condition, it has one join, one area of heavy age discoloration with several areas of wear, repair and broken brides. Mid ivory colour.
