11 lbs. 13 oz.the Wucai combination of colors as seen on this vase
originated in the 16th Century as Wucai and originated in
the 16th century; in fact the mark on the base of this is
Da Ming Wanli nian zhi -- the mark of the Emperor Wanli
who reigned from 1573 and 1619 and very few pieces
of porcelain made in this reign actually had this reign markhowever, the vase was produced in the 19th century in
earlier style, and thus it\'s value is as priced rather than
a six figure amount -- still the decoration of lanterns
hanging in a garden between scrolling peony andlappet
bands is most unusualvase is in very good condition and is without chips,
cracks, fleabites or repairs
