Up for sale is a completed, handcrafted needelpoint pillow. It is just a charming pillow and features an all-over foliage and floral with elegant grayed greens and pastel Berry colors.
The size is 12\" x 12\". The pillow has green piping at the sides and the back is done with an off white fabric. There is a mark on the back where a label at one time was afixed to this pillow. It has been in storage for a number of years or on display in a store and could use a dry cleaning to freshen up the back of the pillow. It does not have a lot of stuffing and you might want to add more or you could disassemble the pillow completely and use the needlepoint to make a more substantial pillow.

Fabulous Vintage Needlepoint Kit by * NEEDLE TREASURES * called: RAINTREE PILLOW. This is a complete kit of a really GORGEOUS all-over foliage and Floral with elegant grayed greens and pastel Berry colours. Designed by Joan Marchie.
The canvas design is 12\" by 12\" . A GORGEOUS & ELEGANT Tapestry, the colors are Fabulous, soft in many shades.
This is an Exquisite design rendered on #13 MONO Interlock Canvas using Elsa Williams 100% Wool Tapestry Yarn
The picture was a hand crafted model to a kit which would have been on display in a store to show the prospective buyers how the item will look when finished.
I learned recently that the name on many of these finished pieces identified the company as JCA Inc. with an address in Massachusettes. They evidently ceased operations and will not be making/distributing anymore needlecraft kits. These finished piece from kits are already hard to find and will only be offered occasionally perhaps on the internet. Per the JCA website:
