15 Vintage Harvey \"Casper the Friendly Ghost\" Comics, 1960s:

This is a lot of 15 vintage Harvey Comics\' \"Casper the Friendly Ghost\" Comics titles from the 1960s. Harvey Comics is now defunct. Like most of their product line, \"Casper\" was a licensed animated character from Famous Studios (now also defunct), the Paramount-owned successor to Fleischer Studios. As with most Harvey titles, \"Casper\" is frequently joined by Harvey stablemates \"Spooky,\" \"Wendy, the Good Little Witch,\" \"The Ghostly Trio\'\" and others. \"Fatso,\" a member of \"The Ghostly Trio,\" bore a strong resemblance to the iconic \"Ghostbusters\" movie logo, which led to an (unsuccessful) 1987 copyright infringement lawsuit between Harvey Comics and Columbia Pictures.
This lot includes nine issues of \"Casper,\" a monthly (#75, #83, #85, #86, #90, #92, #94, #99, and #101; four issues of the Giant-sized quarterly\"Casper\'s Ghostland,\" (#23, #27, #32, and #33); one issue of \"Casper and Nightmare,\" Giant-sized quarterly (#12); andone issue of \"TV Casper and Company,\" Giant-sized bi-monthly (#14);all from the 1960s.
Condition of all is probably VERY GOOD to FINE, except: \"Casper\'s Ghostland\" #27 is missing the back cover; and #23 is missing the front and back covers. (See photos for condition.) All are First Printings, and all ship bagged and boarded in acid-free archival packaging.

Shipping Fees
I generally offer shipping by the least expensive method available, which can vary by the nature and weight of the item. I do not charge \"handling fees,\" so my shipping charges reflect only my actual out-of-pocket costs for shipping; which includes (the total) of third-party shipping fees, cost for packaging (boxes, packing wrap, etc.) and \'s 9% \"final value\" surcharge on shipping fees. There is no charge for my labor, even if an unusual item requires manual construction of special packaging. I generally offer an alternative for faster shipping as a second choice. If other premium services are desired, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. I combine shipping fees on multiple orders. Any customs fees or duties charged by an international buyer\'s country are the responsibility of the buyer. International buyers (outside of the United States) should send special shipping instructions (if any) to me at the time payment is made. Shipping Times
I ship quickly, usually on the same business day that payment is received and confirmed. I ship securely, with packaging materials designed to ensure that your purchase arrives safely. A previous buyer described my packaging as \"bulletproof.\" Not literally of course, but an indication that I pack my orders to withstand rough handling by shipping services.
Honesty & Communication
I strive to be scrupulously accurate in my product descriptions and my photographs, particularly when it comes to any flaws that a used item might have; to which I call special attention. Every photo is of the actual item being saleed, unless it is expressly labeled \"Stock Photo.\" I use Photoshop to remove color casts or other artifacts of photography, and occasionally to combine multiple views into a single image; but never to hide or obscure flaws in the item. My goal is to make the image look as close as it can to what the naked eye would see.
