DESCRIPTION:
We are pleased to offer you this lovely antique German DOLLY FACE girl doll. Incised on the back of her bisque head is \"Made in Germany, Floradora, A O M\".Reference attributes to 1910 Germany by Armand Marseille. This doll is a bisque socket head onwooden composition jointed body.Body shows some re-paint, a few scuffs, overall wear for being 100 or so years old but together intact, a good body. She has all her molded fingers and toes intact. Measures about 15\" tall she has a \"sweet\" dolly facewith open and close brown glass sleepy eyes that work fine, painted lashes around her eyes, brown brows, she has open mouth with upper teeth, there is a faint little dimple in her chin. Lovely rose color blush on her \"perfect\" little face. I flashed inside her head and do not see any cracks or hairlines. Her long brunette wig is glued on a pate on her head. Doll wears vintage cream color dress with gold and embroidery accents, it snaps down the back,there is a full slip, pantaloons, stockings and black leather shoes.
