This leaf of early printing froma Biblia Graeca, Old Testament (Septuagint), and was printed byW. Kopfel in Strasbourg in the year 1526. Originally from volume2 of a 4 volume set the leaf is from the third edition of thecomplete Greek Bible edited by Johannes Lonicerus (Lonitzer).The octavo paper leaf measures 162 x 99 mm. in totality and containsvarious lines of Greek type printed single column with versalindent and guide letter. The Versocontains the same type. (Darlow & Moule 4602) The leaf containsminor staining along the edges not affecting the text.
