DESCRIPTION:

Here is a lovely antique bisque head German doll looking for a good home. Incised on theback of her bisque head (below the leather) looks like the letter \"H\". I did not removethe kid leather to look for further information since it is glued secure, there is a number to the left of this\"H\" I can\'t make out. Possibly Heubach Koppelsdorf, I can\'t be sure. I do not know her past history butwill try to describe the best I can. Measures just 16\" tall being a bisque shoulderhead, white bisque hands with molded fingers intact, she has old worn kid leather clothbody, early 1900s. Legs from knee down are cloth. Body is very worn but together intact, displays verywell, past repairs throughout I see patch below the knee. Shoulder plate shows a pencillike brown line, see photo please, all intact. She has a \"sweet\" little Dolly face with fixed openbrown glass eyes, painted black lashes around her eyes, brown brows, open mouth withupper teeth and faint little dimple in her chin. Light blush on her \"near-perfect\" face.
Her dark blonde mohair wig in braids slips nicely over the pate on her head. She wearsvintage denim blue dress with white collar, apron & bonnet. There are newer white bootson her feet. Clothing shows some wear but is charming. I have taken plenty of photos. Please look at my photos they will serve aspart of this description.
