Authenticity:
Westand by the authenticity of every item we sell. We verify the provenance ofour inventory prior to purchasing. We do not take any material we believe hasbeen altered or we believe are forgeries. We refuse the material or destroy itif it is part of a large lot. If any coin, stamp or piece of currency we havesold proves to be a forgery or altered in any way, we will gladly refund yourmoney.
Payment:
- We will accept only PayPal for payment.
- Payment is expected within 4 days of close of sale. If this time period isnot met contact must be made to us as to the date payment will be made.
- will automatically open an “Unpaid Item Case” if payment is not made by the end of 4 days.
Shipping:
- Shipping costs are as described. We will ship to all 50 states, Canada and Europe, Japan and Australia. Shipping outside the U.S. is never free. The shipping cost is fixed regardless as to where the package is going. If you do not agree that the shipping cost is fair, you do not have to offer on the item. Our costs include specialized packaging to ensure the item reaches its destination intact. Please click on “see details” under shipping for a particular item of ours to see costs by country.
- To receive combined shipping on multiple items won, you must pay for all items with one payment. If you have purchased multiple items and are ready to pay send us a final invoice request so that we can combine the shipping to the required amount. We send out invoices within 1 business day after the sale is completed. A business day is defined as Monday through Friday unless it is a holiday commonly recognized in the U.S. Shipping will be made within1 business day of payment receipt. NOTE to our non-U.S. customers: International First Class Mail through the USPS may take up to 3 weeks before you receive the item(s). Please wait 20 days before contacting us.
- Shipping will be via USPS first class mail unless otherwise stipulated. This usually takes 3-5 days unless the item is shipped out of the country. Should you win multiple sales, or plan on offerding across several days, please notify us so that we can combine items won into a single shipment.
- Shipments outside the U.S. - PLEASE ALLOW 20 DAYS FROM THE DAY WE SENT THE PACKAGE. UNFORTUNATELY IT TAKES THAT LONG SHIPPING USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL.

When we sell bullion, we always sell under spot and let youknow when the spot price was applied. If the price goes up, it is in yourfavor. If the price goes down, it is not a reason to return the bullion coins.Prices fluctuate – that is the precious metals market.
Weare hopeful that the pictures and descriptions are such that there should be noreason to return an item. If you do wish to return the item for any reason, ourreturn policy applies.If you do return an item, we will refundyour payment minus shipping and handling costs upon receipt of the item orreplace the item with an agreed upon substitute, again, after receipt of theitem.
