Quarto in its original binding, three sections missing from the leather spine.

Both boards are holding well, two endpapers, head and tail pieces throughout. General age wearing to binding, especially corners.

Internally damp stained to last fifteen pages, but quite light. Some light grubbiness to margins here and there, but a remarkable survivor none the less.

195 X 240 mm. PP 115. Close trimmed at the top edge.

The work was first issued in 1688. Copies before 1800 seldom appear on the market.
