Notarial document regarding a land property (vine) - Generality of Tours. Signed. Text in french. 4 pages (3 written ones), 23.5 x 17.5 cm. Good+ condition (foxing, yellow/brown stains, few water-/ink- stains, some ink fading, few scratches, few tiny holes not affecting text at all though, merely worn/fragile vellum, merely creasy vellum, minor pieces missing from pages\' margin not affecting text, creases on corners/edges).
