Description: Up for sale is a rare faience French revolutionary plate depicting Jeanne Charbonnier in memory of the forgotten women of the French Revolution. She is in costume with a cap on a pike, a reference to Louis XVI who was called \"Louis Capet\" during the French Revolution.

The plate measures 9 1/4\" by 1 1/4\" deep, and there is an M on the reverse side and two holes to hang it on the wall.

This has been broken and repaired some time in it\'s life. I was going to have it restored, but I never got around to it. But as you can see, it looks lovely being displayed.
