This isan antique porcelain cup & saucer set. Saucer is app. 5 5/8 inches in diameter and 1 1/6 inches deep. Cup is 2 3/8 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches in diameter at top. Marked only with decorator number \"898\". Guaranteed English, possibly Spode - note to previous owner says this set is from 1820, made by Spode and has 18K gold glaze. NOTE: a collector informed us that this set was most likely Spode, 1806-1830.

Good condition - no chips, cracks or crazing; shows some wear to decoration; see pics.
